Deletion is permanent. The mobile app cannot delete your account instantly — send a request from this page or from Settings → Delete my account, and we will process it.
Email us from the same address you use to sign in. Include the workspace name if you remember it. You can also start this request from the WhatsGrow AI Android app under Settings → Delete my account.
Or write to support@whatsgrowai.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
If you are the only owner of a workspace, we also delete that workspace’s operational data we hold for you (inbox, contacts, campaigns, and related records), except what the law requires us to keep.
We may keep records needed for billing disputes, fraud prevention, tax, and legal compliance, for a limited period. Message content delivered through WhatsApp is also subject to Meta’s retention rules outside our control.
We aim to confirm the request within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will get a confirmation email when it is done.
