AiSensy sells the AI Chat Agent at Rs. 1,350 a month for 1,000 AI messages and the drag-and-drop chatbot builder at Rs. 2,500 a month, each on top of any plan. Pro at Rs. 3,200 a month (billed monthly) with both comes to Rs. 7,050 before extra agents and WhatsApp fees.
Basic and Pro include one owner and five agents. Every agent beyond that is Rs. 750 a month, so a 10-person team adds Rs. 3,750 to the plan. AiSensy’s own FAQ describes the plan as having unlimited users, which means unlimited contacts, not unlimited agents.
Basic allows 10 tags, 5 custom attributes and 2 segments; Pro allows 100 tags, 20 attributes and 10 segments. The page lists no deal board, tasks or revenue tracking, and its CRM route is an integration such as LeadSquared. A sales manager still needs a second tool.
AiSensy says chatbot and AI agent replies count as service messages: the first 1,000 a month per number are free, then Rs. 0.145 each in India, on top of the add-on fee. That is Meta’s rule and applies on any platform, but it means the add-on price alone understates the cost.
Smart agent routing, custom agent rules, user access control, project APIs and campaign scheduling are listed under Pro. Basic has a shared inbox and manual transfer. If you need chats assigned by rule on day one, you are buying Pro.
AiSensy lists Rs. 1.09 per marketing message and Rs. 0.145 per utility message for India. Meta’s own INR rate card, effective 1 October 2026, lists Rs. 0.8631 and Rs. 0.115. The gap may be currency conversion or margin. Ask which rate applies to your account.
Keep the broadcasts. Stop paying add-on prices for the AI and the chatbot.
Agents answer from your documents (knowledge base from Growth), then update fields, add notes, create tasks, move a deal and send a payment link. Use the platform’s AI within a monthly token quota, or bring your own OpenAI, Gemini or Claude key.
Move a lead from Inquiry to Closed, see pipeline value, and give each deal a task and an owner. Pipelines come as 1, 5 or 20 by plan.
The flow builder is not an add-on: 5 flows on Starter, 25 on Growth, 100 on Pro.
Send a payment link from the conversation from the Growth plan and let the deal move when it is paid. AiSensy lists Razorpay notifications and WhatsApp payments; the difference is that ours is tied to the deal.

Your WhatsApp Business API number can move between providers and keeps its display name. Templates usually need re-submitting, and chat history does not transfer automatically.

The AI Chat Agent add-on is Rs. 1,350 for 1,000 AI messages, the chatbot builder Rs. 2,500, and extra agents Rs. 750 each. A free plan exists, without broadcasts. WhatsApp message fees are separate.

It lists Razorpay notifications and WhatsApp payments for UPI and cards. WhatsGrow AI sends Stripe or Razorpay payment links from the chat, from the Growth plan, and can create them from an AI agent when a customer agrees to buy, with the deal moving when payment lands.
Only inside Meta's allowance. Since 1 October 2026 each business number gets 1,000 free service messages a month, and AI replies count as service messages on any platform. After that Meta charges the service rate for the customer's country; for India that is $0.0014 on Meta's USD card.
Export contacts and campaign reports, disconnect the number in AiSensy, then connect it through WhatsGrow AI's Embedded Signup at a quiet hour and re-submit templates. Template approval is usually quick but can take up to a day. Keep the AiSensy account until messages flow both ways.
Stay if broadcasts are the whole use case, you depend on its ads manager, or five agents are enough and you do not need a deal pipeline or built-in AI. If the monthly bill is predictable and the team is happy, switching has little to add.
