Yes, absolutely. No contracts, no long-term commitments. Cancel anytime from your billing settings.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, you can activate your subscription through PayPal. Stripe support is coming soon.
Do you support Razorpay?
Yes, we support Razorpay for UPI, NetBanking, and credit/debit card payments, primarily for Indian customers.
What is multi-tenant / white-label?
Enterprise customers can resell WhatsGrow AI under their own brand with custom domains, logos, and pricing.
Are WhatsApp API fees included?
No, Meta charges separately for WhatsApp Business API conversations. We do not markup Meta fees — you pay them directly to Meta.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal. Stripe support for credit/debit cards is coming soon. Enterprise customers can contact us for offline/wire transfer options.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
