Wati Growth includes 3 users and allows no more. Pro includes 5 and charges $24 for each extra user per month; Business includes 5 and charges $59. A 10-person team on Pro pays the $79 plan (billed yearly) plus five extra seats, $199 a month. Our Growth plan includes 10 agents and has no per-seat charge.
Wati lists Astra AI Agents for web, WhatsApp and voice as an add-on priced separately, from the Pro plan. The plans carry AI Co-pilot credits instead: 250 a month on Growth, 500 on Pro and 1,500 on Business. If an agent that answers customers is the reason you are shopping, price the add-on before you compare plans.
The page lists chatbots, team routing, broadcasts and CRM integrations: HubSpot on Pro, Salesforce on Business. It does not list a deal pipeline with values and owners, tasks, or payment links in the chat. Teams that sell in WhatsApp end up keeping their deals in a second system, with a second seat list.
Growth lists 10,000 API calls a month and no webhooks. Pro lists 200,000 calls and limited webhooks; Business lists 20 million and extensive webhooks. If you push events into n8n, Zapier or a spreadsheet, check that tier before you pick a plan.
Every plan says WhatsApp messages are charged on the Wati rate card and points to a rate-card page instead of quoting Meta’s published figure. Ask for the rate for your country next to Meta’s, and get any difference in writing.
