Interakt's messaging plans (Growth at $55/mo, Advanced at $69/mo, plus taxes) list unlimited agents, but Sales CRM roles are excluded from that count. The Sales CRM is sold on its own at Rs. 2,499/mo (or Rs. 6,897 a quarter) with 5 sales agents, and extra agents cost Rs. 499/mo each. Two products means two invoices and two seat lists.
The WhatsApp AI Agents add-on is listed at $74.99 on top of Growth or Advanced, and a separate AI subscription at Rs. 2,499/mo includes 100 AI messages, then $0.011 for each extra one. That can cost more than the plan it sits on. The AI that ships inside the plan, AnswerBot, is metered by runs: 4 on Growth, 6 on Advanced, each limited to five URLs.
Growth includes a basic linear chatbot. Branching flows, API calls inside flows and auto-assign are listed under Advanced at $69/mo. If your qualification flow has more than a straight line of questions, you are on Advanced before you have sent a message.
Interakt's page says Enterprise has no template markup and points other plans to a country rate page instead of stating the amount. Third-party estimates vary widely. For a team sending thousands of marketing templates a month, that is the biggest unknown in the bill, so ask for the rate card for your country in writing.
On the US page we checked on 2026-10-17, the monthly view priced Starter as an Instagram-only plan at $12/mo and showed no WhatsApp Starter. The quarterly view offers one channel of your choice for $69 a quarter, and the yearly view $239. A WhatsApp team on monthly billing starts at Growth, $55/mo, before the CRM or AI add-ons. Interakt shows different prices by region, so confirm for yours.

Yes. Disconnect the number in Interakt, reconnect it through WhatsGrow AI's Embedded Signup, and re-submit your message templates. Export contacts and tags first, plus Sales CRM deals and notes if you use that product. Chat history does not move. Do the cutover outside business hours and keep the Interakt account until messages flow both ways.
Plan on one to three days. The contact import takes under an hour. The slow parts are rebuilding Shopify flows such as cart reminders, COD to prepaid and order updates, which takes an afternoon each, and waiting for Meta to re-approve templates, which can take up to 24 hours. If you have a spare number, test the AI agent on it first.
