SleekFlow's Essential plan is US$49/mo billed yearly (US$69 monthly) with 3 seats, an AI inbox co-pilot and simple automations, and SleekFlow notes it is still rolling out by country. AI agents, broadcasts, the flow builder and API access are listed from Pro at US$109/mo billed yearly (about US$139 monthly).
Pro starts with 500 monthly active contacts, Premium with 1,000. Beyond that the add-on is US$20 per 100 MACs. A contact is active if they message you or you message them through the inbox, a flow, the AI agent or API in that month, so an ad-driven spike raises the bill without a single new seat.
Extra seats are US$15 (Essential) or US$25 (Pro and Premium) each. Each WhatsApp API number carries a US$15/month hosting fee, and conversation fees are billed per SleekFlow's rate card, separate from the plan. Dedicated onboarding is a US$999 one-off add-on outside Premium, and CX Intelligence starts at US$99.
Per the feature matrix, role-based access control, multiple workspaces, HTTP request and webhook automations, and HubSpot and Zoho integrations sit on Premium at US$279/mo billed yearly (US$349 monthly), which is sold through a demo. Agencies that need separate client workspaces reach that tier quickly.
The matrix lists 50 active flows on Pro, 100 on Premium and 200 on Enterprise. That is generous for most teams, but a business that builds a flow per product line, region or campaign can hit it, and the fix is the next plan up.
