The problem

The enquiry came at midnight.
In Arabic.

Two in three of your customers would rather write in Arabic, and most of them write outside office hours. The deal goes to whoever answers first, in the language they used.

The product

Five things the other WhatsApp tools don't do

Wati, Respond.io and Unifonic have none of these. This is the whole reason to switch.

AI agents

It answers in the language they wrote in

Not keyword rules, and not a separate flow per language. The agent reads Arabic or English, replies in the same one, qualifies the lead and updates the pipeline on its own.

  • Arabic and English — plus Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam and Tagalog
  • Function calling, not scripted replies
  • Trained on your own content, hands off on request

CRM pipeline

A Kanban board that updates itself — in Arabic

Every deal from first message to close, in one visual pipeline that moves on its own as the conversation happens. Your team can work the board right-to-left in Arabic, not just read Arabic messages inside an English tool.

  • Full Arabic, right-to-left interface
  • Custom stages and deal values
  • Moves automatically from chat

Campaigns

Broadcasts people can tap, not just read

Meta-approved templates with buttons, sent to segmented lists — with an Arabic and an English version of each, which is the baseline here rather than a nice-to-have.

  • Arabic and English template versions side by side
  • Image, video and document headers
  • Delivery, read and per-button tap tracking

Calling

Calls in the same timeline as the chat

Call leads via Twilio or RingCentral. Recordings and outcomes sit right next to the WhatsApp thread — which matters when a deal takes six conversations across two channels.

  • Twilio and RingCentral
  • Recordings and call outcomes
  • One timeline per contact

Payments

From quote to paid, without leaving the conversation

The agent can draft a proposal from the conversation itself, turn it into an invoice, and send the payment link in the same thread — settlement tracked straight onto the deal.

  • AI-drafted proposals & invoices, generated from the chat
  • Tap, Stripe, MyFatoorah and 9 more gateways
  • Settlement tracked on the deal automatically

Questions

Before you start

Is the dashboard itself in Arabic, or just the messages?

The dashboard. Your inbox, contacts, pipeline, campaigns, reports, billing, templates and tasks are all translated and run right-to-left — the layout mirrors, the icons flip, the charts read the correct way round. Most tools in this category give you Arabic message templates inside an English interface, which is a different thing. Being straight with you about the edges: parts of Settings and the flow builder are still English while we finish them.

Does the AI agent reply in Arabic?

Yes, and it replies in whatever language the customer wrote in — Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam or Tagalog. It runs on a large language model rather than a keyword script, so you do not build a separate flow per language. For broadcasts you still submit an Arabic and an English version of each template to Meta, which is the norm here.

What does Meta charge per message in the UAE?

Meta bills conversation fees directly to your own Meta Business account, separately from your WhatsGrow AI plan, and we add no markup on them. We are not quoting a figure here on purpose: AED only became a Meta billing currency in April 2026 and the rates published by third parties currently disagree with each other by a wide margin. Check Meta's own current rate card for the UAE before you budget — and be sceptical of any provider quoting you a per-message price without showing you Meta's underlying rate alongside it.

Do you charge a setup fee?

No. You sign up, connect your number and start — the 14-day trial needs no card. It is worth asking this of anyone else you evaluate: a one-time onboarding or setup charge somewhere between AED 2,600 and AED 13,000 is common practice in this market, and it is usually quoted separately from the monthly fee.

Will Meta approve my business?

Meta business verification in the UAE needs your trade licence, an authorised signatory, and a supporting document such as a bank statement or utility bill in the same name. The single most common cause of rejection in this region is a mismatch between the name on your trade licence and the name on your Meta Business account — we check that with you before anything is submitted. The badge everyone still calls the green tick is a separate, selective application that Meta decides, not us.

How does this work with the UAE Data Protection Law?

The PDPL requires consent that is explicit and informed — it does not recognise implied consent, so a customer having messaged you once is not on its own permission to market to them. Opt-in and opt-out state is stored per contact, broadcast templates can carry an opt-out button, and contact data can be exported or deleted on request. Compliance is shared: you still own how consent is collected and recorded at your end.

Do I pay UAE VAT on my subscription?

We do not charge you UAE VAT. A VAT-registered UAE business accounts for imported services itself under the reverse charge mechanism, where the 5% output and input VAT offset to nil, and from January 2026 you no longer need to raise a self-invoice for it. Confirm the treatment with your own accountant — this is a description of the general mechanism, not tax advice.

Which payment gateways can I collect through?

Tap, Stripe and MyFatoorah cover the UAE and the wider GCC, alongside nine more gateways for other markets. Payment links go out in the WhatsApp thread itself, so the customer never leaves the conversation to pay.

How is this different from Wati, Respond.io or Unifonic?

Three things. The interface is genuinely Arabic and right-to-left rather than Arabic templates bolted onto an English product. You get a Kanban CRM pipeline, built-in calling and payment links as part of the platform rather than as separate tools. And there is no setup fee and no margin taken on Meta's per-message rates.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Full access to all Pro features for 14 days, no credit card required. After the trial, choose a plan or your workspace enters a grace period. Cancel anytime.

Right now, someone is typing to you. Probably in Arabic.

Connect your WhatsApp number and watch the first enquiry answer itself — in whichever language it arrives. Fourteen days, the full platform, no card and no setup fee.
