Official WhatsApp Cloud API · Arabic & English · UAE

Every property enquiry answered in seconds. Qualified before you wake up.

An AI agent that replies in Arabic or English the moment an enquiry lands, qualifies it on budget, size and timing, books the viewing, and puts it on a deal board your team works right-to-left — with calls, broadcasts and deposits in the same place.

The problem

The enquiry doesn't wait for office hours. Neither does the competition.

Most property enquiries in this market arrive in the evening, at the weekend, or in a language half your team doesn't write. By Monday the buyer has already spoken to two other agents.

How it works

Answering every enquiry, about three minutes from now

No developer, no reseller onboarding, and no setup fee.

  1. 0130 seconds

    Create your free account

Just an email — no credit card, and no setup fee. Nobody has to be onboarded by a reseller first.

  2. 02~2 minutes

Connect the number your leads already message

Log in with Facebook and pick your WhatsApp Business number. Not verified with Meta yet? We walk you through it — trade licence, authorised signatory, and a matching bank statement.

  3. 03Instant

    It starts answering and qualifying

Every enquiry gets a reply in the language it arrived in, gets qualified on budget, bedrooms and timing, and lands on the board as a deal — at 11pm on a Friday as readily as at 11am on a Tuesday.

What it does

From a message at midnight to a signed deal

Five places a brokerage loses money, closed by the same WhatsApp number you already advertise.

AI agent

It answers at 11pm, in Arabic, and qualifies

The enquiry arrives when your team is asleep. The agent replies in the language it was written in, asks about budget, bedrooms and timing, checks what is available, and books the viewing — then hands you a qualified lead in the morning instead of a missed one.

  • Arabic or English, whichever they wrote in
  • Qualifies on budget, size and timing before you wake up
  • Books the viewing and confirms it

Deal pipeline

A board that moves itself — and reads right-to-left

Every enquiry becomes a deal with a value and a stage, and it moves as the conversation moves. Your Arabic-speaking agents work the board in Arabic, mirrored properly, rather than reading Arabic messages inside an English tool.

  • Full Arabic, right-to-left interface
  • Custom stages and deal values in AED
  • Moves automatically as the chat progresses

Calling

The call and the chat in one timeline

Property deals do not close in a single channel. Call the lead from the same place you message them, and keep the recording and the outcome on the contact — so the next person to pick it up can see what was already promised.

  • Twilio and RingCentral
  • Recordings and call outcomes on the contact
  • One timeline per client, chat and calls together

New-listing broadcasts

Send the listing to the people who wanted it

Build an audience from what people actually told the agent — budget band, area, bedrooms, gone quiet for 30 days — and send a Meta-approved template with a photo and a tappable button. Every tap comes back into the inbox as a reply.

  • Segments built from real enquiry and deal data
  • Arabic and English versions of each template
  • Delivery, read and per-button tap tracking

Deposits & invoices

Take the deposit without leaving the thread

The agent can draft the proposal from the conversation, turn it into an invoice, and send the payment link in the same chat — with settlement tracked straight onto the deal, so nobody has to ask whether it came in.

  • AI-drafted proposals and invoices from the chat
  • Tap, Stripe and MyFatoorah — plus nine more gateways
  • Settlement tracked on the deal automatically

Questions

Before you connect your number

Do you integrate with Bayut, Property Finder or Dubizzle?

Not directly, and it is worth being straight about that. Today the portals email or forward you the enquiry and the conversation moves to WhatsApp — which is where WhatsGrow AI takes over, answers, qualifies and books. Native portal integrations are on the roadmap. Anyone claiming a deeper hook into those portals than the portals themselves publish is worth a second question.

Does the agent really reply in Arabic?

Yes, and in whatever language the enquiry arrived in — Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam or Tagalog. It runs on a large language model rather than a keyword script, so you are not building and maintaining a separate flow per language. For broadcasts you still submit an Arabic and an English version of each template to Meta, which is normal practice here.

Is the pipeline itself in Arabic, or just the messages?

The pipeline itself. The inbox, contacts, deal board, campaigns and reports are translated and run right-to-left — the layout mirrors, the icons flip, the charts read the correct way round. Most tools in this category give you Arabic templates inside an English interface. Being straight about the edges: parts of Settings and the flow builder are still English while we finish them.

What happens to a lead the agent cannot handle?

It hands off. The agent is built to escalate rather than guess — a question outside what it has been taught, or an explicit request for a person, moves the conversation to whoever is assigned, with the whole thread and everything it already qualified attached. You can also assign by round robin so enquiries are distributed across the team rather than landing on whoever is fastest.

Can I keep using the number my listings already advertise?

Yes. Connect the WhatsApp Business number you already use — you do not change what is printed on your listings, your boards or your portal profiles, and you can keep using the WhatsApp Business app alongside WhatsGrow AI.

What does Meta charge on top of the subscription?

WhatsApp conversation fees are billed by Meta directly to your own Meta Business account, separately from your plan, and we add no markup on them. We are not quoting a per-message figure here on purpose: AED only became a Meta billing currency in April 2026 and third-party published rates currently disagree with each other by a wide margin. Check Meta's own current UAE rate card — and be wary of any provider quoting a per-message price without showing you Meta's underlying rate beside it.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No. You sign up, connect your number, and the 14-day trial starts without a card. Ask this of everyone else you evaluate: a one-time setup charge somewhere between AED 2,600 and AED 13,000 is common in this market and is usually quoted separately from the monthly fee.

How does this sit with the UAE Data Protection Law?

The PDPL requires consent that is explicit and informed and does not recognise implied consent — someone enquiring about one listing is not, on its own, permission to broadcast every new listing to them. Opt-in and opt-out state is stored per contact, broadcast templates can carry an opt-out button, and contact data can be exported or deleted on request. How consent is collected and recorded at your end stays your responsibility.
