Do you integrate with Bayut, Property Finder or Dubizzle?
Not directly, and it is worth being straight about that. Today the portals email or forward you the enquiry and the conversation moves to WhatsApp — which is where WhatsGrow AI takes over, answers, qualifies and books. Native portal integrations are on the roadmap. Anyone claiming a deeper hook into those portals than the portals themselves publish is worth a second question.
Does the agent really reply in Arabic?
Yes, and in whatever language the enquiry arrived in — Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam or Tagalog. It runs on a large language model rather than a keyword script, so you are not building and maintaining a separate flow per language. For broadcasts you still submit an Arabic and an English version of each template to Meta, which is normal practice here.
Is the pipeline itself in Arabic, or just the messages?
The pipeline itself. The inbox, contacts, deal board, campaigns and reports are translated and run right-to-left — the layout mirrors, the icons flip, the charts read the correct way round. Most tools in this category give you Arabic templates inside an English interface. Being straight about the edges: parts of Settings and the flow builder are still English while we finish them.
What happens to a lead the agent cannot handle?
It hands off. The agent is built to escalate rather than guess — a question outside what it has been taught, or an explicit request for a person, moves the conversation to whoever is assigned, with the whole thread and everything it already qualified attached. You can also assign by round robin so enquiries are distributed across the team rather than landing on whoever is fastest.
Can I keep using the number my listings already advertise?
Yes. Connect the WhatsApp Business number you already use — you do not change what is printed on your listings, your boards or your portal profiles, and you can keep using the WhatsApp Business app alongside WhatsGrow AI.
What does Meta charge on top of the subscription?
WhatsApp conversation fees are billed by Meta directly to your own Meta Business account, separately from your plan, and we add no markup on them. We are not quoting a per-message figure here on purpose: AED only became a Meta billing currency in April 2026 and third-party published rates currently disagree with each other by a wide margin. Check Meta's own current UAE rate card — and be wary of any provider quoting a per-message price without showing you Meta's underlying rate beside it.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. You sign up, connect your number, and the 14-day trial starts without a card. Ask this of everyone else you evaluate: a one-time setup charge somewhere between AED 2,600 and AED 13,000 is common in this market and is usually quoted separately from the monthly fee.
How does this sit with the UAE Data Protection Law?
The PDPL requires consent that is explicit and informed and does not recognise implied consent — someone enquiring about one listing is not, on its own, permission to broadcast every new listing to them. Opt-in and opt-out state is stored per contact, broadcast templates can carry an opt-out button, and contact data can be exported or deleted on request. How consent is collected and recorded at your end stays your responsibility.
